Exchange and Return Policy

Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 24 hours of receiving the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, presentable, with their packaging and tags attached, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

2) The goods to be exchanged or returned must not conform to standard specifications or have a defect or flaw that was not apparent upon purchase.

3) Accessories must be returned with their original branded boxes, placed inside an outer box when shipping.

4) When trying out the device and wanting to return it, we hope that you will be careful to try it out carefully and not scratch or damage the device. If it is damaged or scratched, it will be treated as a used device.

5) For our customers, the customer will be charged the shipping and delivery fees and the electronic fees in the event of a request to cancel the order or return the shipment.

(6) The earphones are not refundable or exchangeable after use, in order to preserve public health.

7) The return of the item value must be through the same payment method used.

8) We are not responsible for shipments that are not delivered to customers within 30 days from the order date, nor for returns.
